Dr. Goldameir Akingbola, DO

I like Dr. Akingbola very much. She listens to her patients, something not all physicians do.

She and her team have been there for me throughout all my struggles. I came to her walking and now in a wheelchair but she has helped me deal with it all . Thank you Dr A for taking all the time to listen to me, answer my calls and my needs, and to care for my health and well being. I am so happy to have a great doctor in my corner helping me face my challenges. God Bless.

Dr. Akinbola is the best Dr. you can hope to find! She listens, hears what you are saying, takes notes, and gives you her best diagnosis and advice. She knows about the latest treatments and pharmacology. She is very compassionate but she's no body's fool. If she knows if a drug is warrented for you and she will prescribe it. If it isn't a benefit for you she will give you an alternative, or perhaps nothing but she will always explain why. She makes you feel at home and safe. I'm not sure what she does to accomplished it but she, her nurses, and techs reduce anxiety a whole lot. I always had White Coat Syndrome until I came to see Dr. Akingbola. The thing I love most about Dr. A is that she doesn't have her nose stuck up in the air, like many snobbish doctors do. She makes it clear that you both are on equal terms and can talk honestly and openly. Isn't that a refreshing surprise? I love that about her! She will never leave you without a feeling of well-being. No matter the diagnosis, she will always help you see the rainbow at the end of the storm. You will love it Dr. Akingbola and never be frightened to go to the doctor again, but instead, look forward to Dr. A finding what plaques you and how to fix it the best way possible!

Dr. Akingbola has been an amazing doctor for me. Her and the entire staff have worked together and helped me to get through some stuff that I didn’t know if I will be able to get through. My blood levels have never been so good. Yes there’s been a whole lot of prayer diet exercise well change of life and medication but without her help I wouldn’t be where I am today. I would not have changed Doctors but my insurance changed and I could only go to Ascensions so I found Dr Akingbola and it has been a total blessing. When you first go see Dr Akingbola she is very quiet until she gets to know you and then she starts to talk a little bit more but she is an amazing doctor she’s figuring things out and figuring out how to best help you. I know some people have said that she doesn’t say anything but that doesn’t mean that her mind is not working and that’s what we go to the doctor for. Between the nurse practitioners, Clinton and the Doctor it reminds me of Dr House they get figure it out.

Dr. Akingbola listened and answered all my questions and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Doctor seemed competent but was not welcoming. Tried to use humor to relate and she seemed disinterested in developing rapport with me.

She was great my visit was a check up to see how I was doing and to make sure my A1C was good.She is always concerned about my health.

I will be finding another doctor. Each time I have seen her she acts if I'm a inconvenience to her.!

Always nice, takes care of my needs. Gives me reduced rate because i have no insurance

only been to her once for a prescription refill only. My PCP moved out of state. Dr A was quiet and quick which is great.
