Dr Lee is wonderful.
I have been going to Dr. Lee for many years and she has always listened and supported my feelings. Never has made me feel uncomfortable but quite the opposite. She followed up with you after testing and is always helpful to understand my results and further treatments. Dr Lee is very good at what she does and that is to make sure her patients are well taken care of. That has been my experience over years of being and patient. I highly recommend.

She's the absolute best and so is her staff. I'm not understanding the ratings from this site because I think she's wonderful.

Never available
She is never available. Staff is awful and good luck getting through the line to talk to an actual person. Always straight to voice mail. I have left messages with promises of a call ASAP only to never get a call. Had to go to urgent care to get actual help.

The Worst
This woman is NEVER available. Either on vacation, it's her day off, or too busy to talk to her patients let alone getting an appt. My 104 year old grandmother has been in the hospital 3 times in 45 days. Dr. Lee is well aware. I have tried numerous times to reach the doctor as my grandmother's advocate. Have I heard back from her? Nope. Phone system is terrible and staff is not helpful. She could care less about her patients. Thoroughly disgusted. If you want ACTUAL help, go anywhere else but this place. You're basically on your own if Lee is your primary physician.

Dr Lee at first visit was ok
Seen Dr LEE once but Staff are rude & not helpful. Hard to schedule appointment. Couldn’t even talk to the Doctor. She let Staff read my lab result but gave me the wrong interpretation. Not recommending this clinic ever. M

Dr. Lee is burned out and doesn't care about interacting with her patients. She probably needs to retire. If you are looking for a good primary care physician, keep looking because Dr. Lee is not it. She does not listen to you and ignores your complaints and just wants you in and out of the office. I'm trying to find a new doctor because I worry about getting a serious illness and not getting the right treatment from Dr. Lee.

She diagnosed me with acne about 8 years ago and it just got worse. She's sent me to other doctors who specialize in dermatology and they couldn't help either.

Dr. Gloria Lee is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered seriously find another doctor I am not kidding I cannot stress my opinion more so than I am please find another doctor

The doctor moved through the exam quickly. Did not take much time to answer questions. Nurse called with results of an x-ray and provided very unhelpful information. Doctor did not bother to call and discuss treatment options. I will be searching for a new doctor.

Dr. Gloria Lee is unlike so many of the doctors your typically encounter these days. Not only is she highly educated and experienced, she is also personable, extremely attentive and genuinely caring and concerned for her patients. In my experience as a nurse over the last 10 years I know just how rare those qualities are in a doctor.
