My wife had a procedure at Belair Surgery Center where Dr. Syperda performed Anesthesia services for which he and Envision billed out-of-network prices We called Envision to correct the problem, and told that we were good and United reimbursed them. We were then sent to collections. We discussed this further with surgery center and they told us that Dr. Syperda was in-network. We are unsure if Dr. Syperda provided services; however, he is listed on our bill.
