Arrogant. Poor listener. Hostile. Erroneous.
Nice office staff. Easy to book the appointment.

I saw Dr Kotz's assistant, Ashley. I liked her. I felt I was in good hands with her. However, the whole office seemed in chaos, especially the front desk. Called in for an appt....never heard back. Record keeping seemed chaotic. They always try to get you in for an appt when you're just wanting simple info from your records (like the name of a diagnosis). Just felt like something was bound to go wrong somewhere if I stayed. TrAnsferred out. Oh, yeah, I have small veins. Kotz's nurse tried 5 times. I asked for my next physical to go to a lab. That had to be approved by a manager. I was transferred to a phone that just kept ringing. Never received a call back. That was when I was done.

Dr. Kotz is one of the finest doctors I have ever been to. Certainly the best GP/PCP in the Roaring Fork Valley. He takes the time to get to know you as a person ... expertly assessing not only your physical health but your mental health as well. His approach is holistic with the goal of maximizing your happiness and sense of well being. The entire staff follows his lead and are a pleasure to interact with. You cannot find a more caring health care team. Highly recommended!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kotz' for over 11 years. I have lived in 4 states and have had probably 7 GP physicians whom I have seen regularly over the course of my life. I am a native Bostonian, coming from a city that is known to have some of the finest medical facilities, doctors and medical universities in the world. Glenn is, without a doubt the single finest physician I have ever worked with...and if this website would let me; I would go into great detail why that is...but it won't.
