Dr. Glenn Kanamori, MD

Meet Dr. Kanamori in the ER and he went over the health concerns in matter and his medical plan and experience on how he will fix the problem. Surgery went well and he personally came outside to speak to us about the surgery and the care that will take place. He followed up the next morning as he said he would and that evening I had more concerns and called the hospital and Dr. Kanamori attended to my concerns and provided suggestions. Dr. Kanamori was very professional and quick to act on an unexpected extremely delicate situation. I thank him for caring for my child and keeping us updated with all the steps he was taking towards my child's health.

Horrible! Never even looked at my child’s injury. Suggested surgery without any CT scan/X-ray. Horrible bedside manner and incredibly condescending. I was informed that the ENT department at Nemours had gone downhill, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appointment. Big mistake. This man (refuse to call him a doctor) never once even asked how the injury occurred. Never pulled out any instruments to examine my child, never even asked a question. Beyond disgusted!

My child went to the Nemours Hospital Orlando for ENT visit with Dr. Glenn Kanamori, I was told that I will not be allowed in as per COVID-19 visitor update. Then I ask what options were available and they had no alternatives. Protocols for virtual visit are well developed and widely available. Having both parents involve in the care of the patient is essential to improve outcome. They provided a lower level of care for my child and that is unacceptable!

He's an amazing Dr., and even better, he's an amazing person. He knows how to interact with kids, and makes them feel comfortable. He's not the type of Dr. to jump to meds or surgery, which is so appreciated. We highly recommend him.
