Arrogant and dismissive
Dr Graves was dismissive of the pain I experienced a full year after having cataract surgery. The office can not accommodate a six month return visit which I was told I needed. I have moved on.

Dr. Graves is a very professional and caring doctor. I was diagnosed with Glaucoma, and he has provided me with exceptional treatment. He takes his time and explains in detail all procedures he performs. I have had 3 operations in my left eye. He is not and aggressive doctor; he backed into the process of finding the best solution so that I could see better. He also performed cataract surgery on that same eye. Although, I will never get my full vision restored, he has made my sight much better. He is an honest person and his staff is awesome. I have great confidence in his work.

I have problem with my left eye I have come to see Dr. Glenn for more than 2 yrs. But my eye getting worst every day. Now almost 90% bad. Dr. Glenn never say anything of why my eye go bad. Many times I came to see Dr. Glenn but just an assistant testing my left eye. May be because of Covid-19. But I have to pay almost $300 every time I come to his office. It is very bad that I keep paying him and my eye go bad. When I told him I want to see others Doctor he get mad at me. I feel cheated , I've paid him many thousand of dollars but my eye getting worst. So sad for paying him for nothing.

I felt like communication could be improved. I don't feel like he took my problem seriously even though it is causing me problems. He cleared my eye of any structural problems and after doing that, he seemed to completely write me off. He didn't give me treatment to be done to alleviate my symptoms, or any follow-up that should be done in the future if my symptoms persisted even after I specifically asked.

Dr. Graves is thoughtful, helpful and he's been my doctor for over ten years. I consider him excellent, and having had him do my cataract surgery was a good experience and very successful. He's always answered all my questions, and taken time to explain things. I highly recommend him.
