Knowledgeable doctor with great 'bedside manner'.
Dr Gabisan is very knowledgable, takes the time to explain problems and potential solutions and their pros and cons. He is very patient with questions and was sensitive to my concerns. I had some foot pain , and he suggested a simple, cost effective solution (metatarsal shoe insert) which seems to have provided immediate relief after just one day. When I spoke to him about an upcoming surgery I had planned with another doctor, he didn't push his services on me, but seemed to genuinely have my best interests at heart. He is really one of my favorite doctors, and I've seen a lot of them. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday I was limping, but NOT today
I strained a tendon in my right foot last year, and when I could not get an immediate appointment with Dr Gabisan, I found a podiatrist who could see me the next day. He confirmed that I strained 'a' tendon, and gave me a shot relieve the pain. Two weeks later, the pain was back, and he gave me a shot on the other side of my foot. Less than a month later the pain was back, and I suffered until I was able to see Dr Gabisan. He took an Xray, and confirmed that my Achilles Tendon was the culprit, BUT he told me that another shot was NOT appropriate because it could weaken the Achilles Tendon. Because my heel had a bone spur, it was irritating the tendon, so he gave me a 'heel lift' to change the angle of my foot so the tendon is NO LONGER rubbing against the bone spur. The relief was immediate. Yesterday, I was limping, today I am NOT. Dr Gabisan KNOWS his STUFF, and I am pleased beyond words with the outcome!

Thoroughly professional
Always thorough. Answers all questions you have. On day of surgery explains the whole proces again in detail . After care just as compassionate. Never had a surgeon extend so much info and answers all questions. I had 2 surgeries. Both you aren’t treated like a number, they care including the amazing staff. Would no longer go to anyone else.
