Save yourself from grief you will experience at this office & find another PCP. The office staff will not treat you with any grain of dignity or respect. People go to the doctor's office for help, not to be treated as an inconvenience or to be the victim of unimaginably rude and unprofessional behavior. If you don't want to care about people, get out of the healthCARE business.

It's refreshing when a doctor is very thorough and takes his time explaining things in terms you can understand. He has been my primary care giver for several years and I have referred many patients to him

Dr. Glenn Waskin and Megan Waskin are great but most of the staff are very unfriendly.

After numerous visits over a period of time I found the same result. Dr. Waskin is personable but his staff is impersonal. They have truly taken the "care" out of healthcare. They give no greeting, no smile, and never seem to know who you are even though you are there by appointment. They act as like it's a bother to talk to you at all and they treat questions like threats. They are rude and condescending. If you call, they are impatient and act as though it's an inconvenience.

Never got to see the doctor..just his wife who was not a doctor..terrible experience. They shredded all my medical records. Staff is rude. Hope you get to see the doctor not a nurse. Sloppy mixed up my tests? Not good

Dr. Waskin and his staff were beyond wonderful during my visit last week. I had been ill and really need some help. I was seen quickly and treated very respectfully and warmly. Dr. Waskin took his time with me and prescribed a course of treatment. Two days later I am on the mend and extremely grateful. I wouldn't think of not returning here.

Office staff need additional training. Not helpful. Poor attitude. Unfriendly. Need to employ much more experienced nurses and office staff for paperwork.

Dr.Waskin is an excellent physician. He takes his time with you by listening to you and explaining everything in terms that you can understand. His office staff is very professional, courteous and one of the best run offices by manager, Michael, who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of both the patients and the care givers. It gives you a feeling of confidence to be treated in an office where everyone seems happy to be there and that work well together. I am very pleased with this team.

Dr. Waskin is probably one of the best doctors you could have. I have had a few and he has been the most informative and professional doctor I have ever come across. Matter of Fact the whole staff is excellent. I would recommend his him and or office to any one. He truly cares and takes his time with all patients.

Wonderful whole-body approach to medical care! We travel from Jupiter to see the Waskins because they look at the big picture, and encourage us to be involved in our spouse's well-being. It's also great to go to a young doc who is inclusive, non-judgemental, and always warm and welcoming! Highly recommended for patients of all ages, particularly if you are young and just getting started in your adult life of checkups and routine physicals for preventative healthcare.

Dr. and Mrs. Waskin have a wonderful practice that is truly family oriented. Dr. Waskin spends as much time with his patients as needed. I have never felt rushed out, I practically apologize for taking so much of their time. When I enter their office I know that my family and I are in good hands. I have been a patient of Dr. Waskin for over 10 years. He is thorough, kind, knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. His office staff has recently been changed, which used to be the only downside to his practice.
