Broken hand and wrist
Dr. Glen Jacobs is rude and I drove 45 minutes to see him for him to come into my room for 30 seconds and give me nothing but sweet nothings he told me I had one break in my wrist and I actually have two breaks one in my wrist abd one near my thumb he also on my last vist didn't do an x ray to see how far it came along and just took the brace off because i wanted to it off bc i honestly didnt want to go back there for no help and he never gave me a cast for a broken wrist he neglected the fact my wrist is broken and gave me the minimum treatment I will never go back there I'm greatfull for the doctor's at st. Lukes care now they listened to me and understood I am in pain something Dr. Glen Jacobs doesn't understand

Carpal tunnel
He was a very nice Dr explained things to me before and after operation.Took my stitches out today .Worked well with workman's comp definitely recommend him.

Compassion Missing: A Disheartening Experience
My experience with Glen Jacob was disappointing and disheartening. I had been struggling with a persistent issue with my fingernail for 15 years. Expecting empathy and expertise, I consulted him. However, his examination lasted a mere two seconds, and he callously dismissed my concerns, stating there was nothing to be done except pulling out the nail or letting the issue persist. Both options were unacceptable and lacked consideration for my well-being. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Levin, whose expertise and care restored my nail to perfect health. Glen Jacob's lack of concern and dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would never recommend Glen Jacob to anyone. Ever.

Zero personality
Had surgery on a cyst. Initial visit wasn’t overly impressed but thought he would get the job done. Zero personality but I stayed the course. Less than 6 months cyst came back. Return visit. Couldn’t have been less interested. No follow up X-ray. Only suggestion was …”we could fuse the joint” WHAT? Never ever was that even discussed prior to the original surgery. You have to go through the entourage before he comes in to see you. Spends as little time as possible and again has ZERO bed side manner. Would not recommend.
