Will not be back!!!!
I was extremely disappointed. Office was unprofessional. The breathing test room was not clean, Im wondering if anything I had in my mouth was even sterile. He left me sitting in the room for 20 mins while he was on a speaker phone with Im assuming could be his wife, with a ridiculous trivial conversation, of which I heard the whole conversation. He then came in room for 2 mins and told me breathing was fine that he will see me in 6 months. I was so annoyed that I never asked him the questions I wanted. Never again.

Dr Caruso was ok but certain individuals on his front office staff are very incompetent and rude. So much so that I will not go back there.

I called to make an appointment. The woman on the phone was completely rude. I asked her to spell the name of the doctor we were discussing and it was clearly annoying to her. and the first available appointment was in 2 months. Pretty useless...... When our conversation was over, no goodbye, have a good day... Just a click, hang up. It wouldn't matter at this point how good the doctor may be I would go to them.

My mom was in St. Joseph's Hospital this doctor has no bedside manner. He threatened to take my mom off of a medication and blood transfusion. I told him I was going to fill out a POA report and challenge him. He then came back in the room and denied everything he said and of course the nurse on staff at the time agreed with him. My ratings are based on his professionalism in the hospital. I can't fill out the survey because was done in the hospital.

The office treats you like a person and not a number. The doctor explains it so you understand it. They return phone calls. Thank You

Dr. Caruso is very easy to talk with. He takes the time to explain things in terms that the patient can understand. He connects on a personal level and that helps form a bond of trust.
