Dr. Aliperti saved my life! He was referred to me by my close friend who was a patient of Dr. Aliperti's. He performed a miraculous surgery on her saving her life as well. I was misdiagnosed by multiple doctors from Illinois and Mississippi and suffered for more than 12 years with pain and digestive issues. By the time I was referred to Dr. Aliperti and went to Missouri for the surgery that changed my life for the better, I was in bad shape. My health had deteriorated to the point that I was preparing my will at the age of 39. He was kind, knowledgeable and I wish there were more doctors like him. We the patients need physicians that not only knows the human body and how to fix it but that cares the way Dr. Aliperti does.

If I could give him a zero I would. My mother made an appointment with Dr Aliperti but we only saw his PA instead. They did not examine her or run any tests other than a blood test yet she recommended Mom have an ERCP. My mother is 86 and did’t want to take the risk of Pancreatitis or the 6 month recovery time. She called a few months later because our PCP told us that Dr. Aliperti gets to the bottom of complicated cases. However when she called Dr Aliperti’s office to make another appointment she was told that he does not see patients in the office. He only does ERCP procedures in the hospital. My question is how would know that she needed an ERCP without even examining her. If Dr Aliperti does not see patients prior to a procedure how would he know what kind of procedure was needed. Evident he performs an ERCP on every patient who walks into his office without even knowing whether or not it’s needed. Don’t waste your time making an appointment with him because you’ll never see him.

Dr Aliperti and his staff provided the best care for me and my needs. I am feeling much better after my procedure that not too many physicians can perform. I was very satisfied and will all refer if I know of anyone who has Gastric issues.

They were not willing to schedule an appointment with me until my insurance had been verified. I had given them both the group number and policy number two business days prior. They can't even schedule an appointment based off my information? I'm confident that my insurance provider would have verified my insurance prior to my scheduled appointment. Give me a break. Health care does not need to be this way. Bye bye Doc Aliperti.
