Waited for ONE HOUR and did not see Dr.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I thought it odd that the Dr. called me personally to schedule my appointment. She indicated that Friday, 3pm was perfect for her. I arrived at 2:50pm and although the receptionist was quite sweet, she was in training and unsure of the basic check in tasks. Dr. Surya saw me in the waiting room, this was at 3:15pm and said, it will be about 15 - 20 minutes, I am just about to start a procedure. WHAT? I was patient. They brought me back to a room and took vitals. Then left and said I would wait for the Dr. I mentioned that I had to be finished by 4:45pm and the nurse rolled her eyes. At 3:55pm I had enough as I was waiting for close to one hour and could hear the Dr. still working with the other patient. I requested my co-pay be returned and of course that has not happened. SEPARATELY from the completely unprofessional manner of assuming a patient will wait for ONE HOUR, the office was in dissaray. Disorganized and I was not comfortable with th
