Uncaring
Arrived to the BayCare Urgent Care on S Dale Mabry at 735 pm (they close at 8pm). I walked into an empty waiting room with my 12 year old daughter who was having ear pain. Right away the receptionist advised me that the doctor (Dr.Cua) said he was not seeing any more patients today. I asked her if they closed at 8pm and she said yes, but was told to send people away if anyone came in to be seen. I asked her to please ask the doctor to see my daughter with stabbing ear pain stating that I was a BayCare employee as well. She asked Dr. Cua and he still refused to see my daughter. I am extremely disappointed to have this experience at a BayCare facility from a BayCare physician who clearly does not represent the BayCare values or have any compassion for children or any people in this community.
