POOR RAPPORT
While Dr. Rogers was highly recommended and works with a great staff, I had an unpleasant experience with her. I felt rushed, dismissed and disrespected. Before I could finish explaining my situation, WHILE RUSHING OUT AND INTO THE HALL, she stated, 'I'm busy and have other patients. You don't need to come back.' So yes, I will not be coming back.

  • Wait times

Dr. Rogers is the most compassionate doctor I've ever visited. I've seen many different eye doctors regarding my ongoing problems with recurrent corneal erosions, and she was the only doctor who was able to help me. She always goes above and beyond to help me. She responds quickly when I have questions or emergencies, and she always makes sure to squeeze me in for appointments when I need to be seen urgently.

Dr. Rogers was very pleasant, informative and professional. I highly recommend her. However, the office staff front and backend were rude and short with patients. The front office person seemed like she was bothered by any patient coming through the door. She actually send under her breath people are annoying today. During discharge the lady seemed bothered with me for interrupting her to talk about her dating life with another patient.
