No I would not recommend Dr. Gina Hayes to anyone, shes cold and has no compassion. Recently I visited Crouse E.R. with severe covid symptoms, all the signs, my blood pressure dropped from hypertensive all the way down to 70/48, after leaving me alone for 4 hours I had to search the halls for her, she returned and quipped I was busy,,I begged her to give me something, she was rude and said there is nothing for covid, I begged her to admit me, she refused. I found out Hayes lied, both my uncle and a friend were given a cocktail and recovered swiftly. The roads were snow filled, I slid all the way down Crouse and flew through the intersection and over the corner curb, for the next three days I was passing out and ended up with total respiratory failure. I spent the next month in the hospital fighting for life, it was 50/50 but God saved me. My nurses and doctors didn't understand why Hayes did that to me, I can see why she has such an awful rating, absolutely horrible.
