I've have now, more than 6 appointments with this provider and been under her care for 2 years. I would not recommend if you're looking for empathy, consideration, personalized care, insight into your condition, asking questions, etc. Even now, she does not even know my name (even when replying to my secured messages on Kaiser), as she even wrote my name incorrectly on medical notes. Yes, Kaiser is hectic, and workload is on the higher end, and physicians are susceptible to burnout, but this provider lacks care. It feels like she does things the easy way, have her smart phrases available, happy to refer patients to other specialty, when she doesn't inquire further about the patient's condition. More recently, she recommended me medications in a long secured message, only to find out that I'm already taking those, that she prescribed to me -- and my records show recent refills. We had a telephone appointment scheduled for e.g. 11:30am. She called me at 10:30am. Horrible provider.
