Outstanding Doctor, Among the very best I've seen.
I have now had 2 ankle surgeries with her and she is excellent. She is caring, takes the time to listen, and most of all, is an outstanding surgeon. Today, which will be 6 weeks tomorrow from Subtalar Arthrodesis Surgery, she took off my cast and put me in a walking boot. Looking at my X-Rays, she said my ankle looked, 'fabulous.' Her words, not mine. I could not be happier with the overall treatment I have gotten from her and all the orthopedic surgeons I have seen 2002. They have all been excellent, and I would put Dr. Bayley up there with the very best of them.

Today August 8, 2020 I went to Sky Lakes ER with a injury to my wrist. I was told I had broken part of it and damaged (cut) some of the tendons and needed surgery. Before the surgery I could hardly move my thumb or index finger and honestly was in more pain then I let on. Dr Bayley came and told me what she was planning to do in surgery and mad feel very comfortable about it. Mainly because unlike most surgeons she was not arrogant and she was very straight forward. Since I came to in recovery I have had virtually no pain and have had full complete use of my hand. My thumb and finger work perfectly. She defiantly is very good at what she does. No complaints from me!!!

She is very to the point and the tests conclude a lot of what she thought was a miss. This surgery is for my right hand and I don't see any other for hands. Has she done hands/carpal before?

I had malignant tumor in a toe growing into the foot so I opted for aggressive of amputation. Dr. Bayley gathered a lot of information and colleague feedback before presenting treatment options. The actual procedure went well and many have remarked how good it looks. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is a talented surgeon.

I've had the pleasure and honor of seeing and being treated by Dr. Bayley. She is truly and incredible surgeon and individual. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, explain what is going on, and what your treatment options are. Thanks to her talents and skills as a surgeon, I can walk without pain in my right foot, and am on the road to recovery with my left. She has shown such empathy and compassion to me through this whole process and I find that to be such a rare and valuable quality

This doctor's inexperience and misdiagnosis led to life threatening conditions. I would not recommend her under any circumstnaces.
