I drove fromHood River, arrived & The doctor I was supposed to see was on call and not available and every effort was made to accommodate me. I was thankful for the effort and for being seen .

Left me with an infected bladder and said nothing else could be done. Worst doctor I encountered in my 80 years.

I enjoyed the thorough review. It gave me confidence that things are going well. Nice new office in Happy Valley

Dr. Klemann did his homework before seeing me and was able to quickly review what he thought was happening and what my options were. While the results weren't what I might have hoped for, he explained why in clear and easy-to-understand terms. He put me at ease quickly, and we were able to discuss some sensitive subjects very matter-of-factly. It was time well spent.

Office visit was less than 6 minutes. Dr. Had already decided I didn't need to be seen by his office. Ignored information given by referring doctor. He never asked me a single question. He failed to mention he hadn't received my C.T. Scan from emergency. It was referenced in his notes in my paperwork which I read when I got home. He was dismissive.

I do not doubt this doctor has the ability to help people with serious problems, but since I went for some little discomfort trying to be responsible with my health, I was treated as as a hypochondriac person, I had my first wellness visit to another doctor in almost 10 years early this year, and many test were made, he took that as a sign that I wanted to have tests to get negative results because, on his words, that gave me pleasure, he lured me to get a test I did not need, which was painful, while he was treating me as someone who wanted to confirm I had a serious condition.I am luckily very healthy, because I take good care of myself, that is why many of my test came negative. This shows how little attention this doctor took to my chart. I believe this doctor, took a bias on me, and I would not return to him. Not even in pain.I hope you have enjoyed your insurance money.Note:I did not received a survey from the hospital, just a rate me request, what a shame.

Dr Kleman. Explained everything very well. He was considerate of our concerns and efficient and to the point as to what he would be doing. We liked his bedside manner

I saw this dr a few years ago, and after years of eating disorder therapy and work with my PCP, as well as getting accurate diagnosis that were missed by Dr Klemann because the focus of the visit was on weight and not the problem at hand. I am quite sure that if I wasn’t someone in a larger sized body I would have been listened to and perhaps my true medical issue might have been diagnosed and addressed. If you have seen this provider and been treated poorly because of your weight and diagnoses and treatment options were missed completely because of his bias, please go see someone else for a second opinion.

Didn’t need a best friend needed a good doctor and that’s what we got. Very open and informative. Told us what to expect and gave us options. Then time for another opinion and time to study and decide the best for us. Very friendly, and informative.

Worst Dr. ever wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Really wish he would Lose his license

I can't say enough good things! He walked me through the whole procedure and confirmed I had no questions. In and out with no issues. Recovery was quick and overall painless. Amazing how well the whole procedure went. He did a follow up call to give me my final results. I will HIGHLY recommend anyone to see Dr. Klemann! Him and his staff is next level!!! Very comfortable

Was looking for a 2nd opinion. Not that i in anyway did not trust the first. I just thought gathering more opinions and information would help me make the best decision I can. I won’t get into details but let’s just say, in the end, he was very terse, blunt and borderline rude. As another reviewer mentioned “it’s his way or the highway” and I can honestly say I experienced something very similar. Little to no compassion at this clinic except from the front desk and assistants.

Yes I would recommend Dr. Klemann to my family and friends.

Dr. Klemann was very well prepared, he obviously had thoroughly reviewed all records ahead of my first visit. His communication was clear and understandable, explaining the potential issues and options to address each. Staff was friendly and there was waiting in the office.
