Misdiagnosed my mother’s medical event that occurred thinking it was pneumonia and instead it was a heart attack. Didn’t inform my mother until 2-days later after having received the xray results, etc. the same afternoon only due to my mother’s persistence in finding out her test results. She could have died. This is not joke and was very serious. Completely unacceptable beyond belief that she was not properly taken care of from the beginning.

Dr Kim is very thorough and took all of the time we needed to go over our medical issues. He is easy to understand and flexible to work with. Kim in the office is very helpful and thorough, and has often accommodated our schedule challenges with a friendly smile and helpful approach.

His front desk staff are a bit rude and condescending. The lady named Kim can be rude over the phone and she rushes patients off the phone. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and listens sometimes, but not always understanding to certain situations.
