Dr. Giavonne Rondo-Hillman, MD

A Doctor that makes house calls is unheard of in this day and age but Dr. Rondo will and does take great care of her patients. I am a patient of Dr. Rondo-Hillman and I have been for more than 10 years. I know that Dr. Rodo is more than just a Dr. in title but in the true sense of the true meaning of the word Doctor. Dr. Rondo has given me the very best of healthcare. I have had several Dr.'s over the years but! Dr. Rondo has given me excellent and the best care of all. Dr. Rondo has her fingers on the pulse of my healthcare; I can't thank her enough for that impromptu Dr.'s visit that tharted the potential heart attack when my hearts front artery was 93% blocked. We live in a society that wants everything fast but great health care takes time, compassion and empathy and there is no instant gratification or substutes for that. I want to thank you for your constant tender loving care Doctor.

I have used Dr. Rondo’s services via GObileMD for an elderly family member with memory loss and prostate disease. She takes her time to hear and address specific healthcare needs. She has easy, reliable virtual visits that are most helpful when in person visits are difficult. She has an genuine passion for healing.

Dr Rondo is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I've ever met. She Listens to her patients and takes a genuine interest in their lives and wellbeing. She wasn't my Mothers Physician when she was with Nortons, but ALWAYS made sure she got the best of care. I am so glad she is at GObileMD now and has the ability to spend time with patients and is able to schedule patients usually the same day now. I wish I could give her 10 Stars.

Dr. Rondo is an exceptional Dr. She cares for my Mom, Sister who is an RN and me. She truly cares for her patients and takes time to truly understand your issues. Instead of immediately putting me on medication for diabetes she worked with me to get my A1C lowered. I was set up with a nutritionist, an eye exam and confidence knowing I would be ok. Her assistant Kaila is always helpful and follows up promptly to my calls. Dr. Rondo is the best.

She is an exceptional doctor; the best doctor I have ever had. She has cared for me through multiple health issues. I am lucky to have found her.

The wait time is rediculous. If you are told your prescription is ready to be picked up...Surprise it's not, if she's not in the office. Currently sitting here waiting to have blood drawn for my mother. She had an appointment for 10:15. It's after 11:00 and we are still waiting to have it drawn. We're not waiting to see Dr. Just have blood drawn. Receptionist only response was everyone comes in on Monday...

Dr. Rondo is a good dr but very busy with patients can't pay attention to individual medical needs. You have to push her if you have serious issues otherwise you will be left alone with you pain.

Dr. Rondo is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
