Telehealth
Dr. Martone was extremely rude during my session. It was supposed to be a one hour intake, but he refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late (not because I was purposefully late, but because I did not receive the telehealth link until then). I said that I could speak pretty fast, and that I still would like to do the intake that I waited months for, but Dr. Martone said “I don’t know why you’re arguing with me.” When I begged for him to please help me with the intake, and tried to explain the struggles I’d been having without my medication, proceeded to say “Do you know how rude and condescending you sound right now?” He then told me to go to therapy because I need it. I’m very confused about this series of events. I left this conversation more mentally frazzled than I was before I joined. I broke down in tears, and I felt horrible for hours. I definitely do not recommend Dr. Martone.

My 21 yo son has autism, adhd, and bipolar disorder. After 2 years, he abruptly transferred my sons case to another psychiatrist . This happened after there was no link sent to our email for our telemedicine visit. I called to have the link resent only to have my son dropped. No transition.
