Dr. Ghazaleh Hejri, MD

I saw Dr. Hejri because my PCP was not available due to being part time at this facility.She spent most of the time trying to steal me from my PCP telling me how a female doctor empathizes more and listens better to the patient all the while talking talking and not listening to me. Do not know how good a doc she really is since I was totally turned off by her and waited for my PCP to be available. Fortunately this was not a critical situation.

I move to Florida and still kept her as she is awesome,

Dr. Hejri is an AMAZING doctor! If you have a chance, see her! Dr. Hejri is so supportive and truly cares about her patients ... even former ones who are no longer under her care! I moved out of Pasadena over a year ago and had to switch providers (sadly). Just recently, I urgently needed Dr. Hejri's help with a referral. Even though I haven't been her patient for over a year, she was more than willing to help me with my needs. She even took the time to call in and check on me a week after! I'm so grateful for Dr. Hejri's generosity. She truly embodies what it means to be an excellent doctor. Not only does she have abundant medical knowledge, but she has EMPATHY for patients!! Thank you for everything Dr. Hejri!

Dr Hejr did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Hejr to anyone.

Words cannot express how awesome Dr. Hejri is. It’s been 8 years that my husband and I have her as our PCP and she is the only reason we keep our insurance with healthcarepartners (recently changed to Optum). We both feel so comfortable to consult about our medical conditions with her. She is so knowledgeable and professional and does her best to help us with the best medical recommendation. I have to say that her advice are personalized to make sure everyone gets the best care suitable to her personality. Not only she is knowledgeable, she is also so friendly that I don’t feel talking to my doctor, but to my friend. She spends enough time in every phone or in person visit and makes sure all our questions and concerns get resolved. Once, she even called me on a Sunday to follow up about my condition. She is amazing. I 100% recommend her. Thank you is not enough Dr. Hejri for what you have done for us.

Dr. Hejri is pleasant & a fine Dr. but she always seems to have "one foot out the door". I never feel as if I am being patiently heard, she seems to always be one or two steps ahead of where I am when trying to talk through a medical issue. I guess I just prefer a doctor who will sit down and not just take the time to talk to me, but really hear me. Her staff is pleasant enough but not overly so, and when you call the office you are not made to feel like a valuable client, disappointing.

Dr Hejri is a consummate professional, never rushed, a great listener. She is state of the art with technology. Were it not for her identifying my elevated PSA my prostrate cancer might not have been treatable.

My Dr. is always caring and personable. I know she really cares about my overall health.

I no longer go to Dr. Hejri for several reasons. She runs her practice like a sweatshop, seeing dozens of patients a day and only devoting minutes to each appointment. I once went to her with severe abdominal pain, having lost 12 pounds in two weeks and she told me to drink Gatorade as it's only water weight that I lost due to a stomach bug. Cut to me two days later in an ambulance spending 3 hours in the ER to find out I had a viral infection in my intestines. She's not fit for real issues.

Dr. Hejri is very nice and sweet. However, she is completely incompetent. I am shocked she has it lost her license. If there is anything wrong with you that is not treatable by simple antibiotics, her lack of ability to diagnose or properly care for patients is actually dangerous. She does not read medical records or test results. If you have no choice but to be her patient, please be sure to self advocate for referrals to competent professionals who can care for you
