I have already written a very positive review. For some reason only 1 star in highlighted. Dr. Zavala should receive a 5-star rating from me. His surgery and my stay at the hospital were excellent. I am 9 weeks post op and doing very well. I have no more sciatica pain and I believe my prior surgery nerve damage is improving. Thank you Dr. Zavala!!!

Dr. Zavala is an excellent Dr. He is very through and conservative. He fixed my husbands terrible neck and did an amazing job. After less than 3 months he is back to normal. He is also going to perform a minimally invasive surgery on his back to correct some back pain from the scoliosis. He spends a lot of time talking and making sure we understand what is happening. I highly recommend Dr. Zavala

I had neck surgery one year ago this month. I have very felt so much better more than I couldn't be more happy. The recover time was the longest time.He make time for me and explain everything from surgery to he hospital time to going home. I would recommend Dr. Gerardo Zavala to anyone that needs neurosurgery . To all of girls that works in the front to the back ??????????????????. Thank you for all of the time you are the best. He spends very limit time with you. I when in for consultation for my previous neck surgery with new CT films. He look over a couple of views then advise of medication and tests. The whole experience lasted about less then five minutes.

I had 2 Lumbar surgeries done by Dr. Zavala and 1 Cervical neck) procedure done as well. The first was done due to sciatica on the right leg causing severe pain. One year later my left leg was the issue. Exruciating pain. Could not walk even a few feet. I was scheduled for surgery the next day. 2 week recovery, I was great. 85% of my pain gone. One year later, even more pain. Neck surgery. All excellent experiences. Very comfortable with Dr.Z. To me, that's what matters. He and his staff ROCK!!
