Unprofessional, don’t answer the phones, rude, inept

I had a broken tooth that could not be repaired and I had to have it extracted. Dr. Bruno and another local oral surgeon were recommended by my family dentist. I called for an appointment and had to leave a brief message, but someone called me back the next day, and I was able to get in within 10 days. Prior to my appointment, they checked out my insurance, and was very helpful explaining what to expect. There were also some patient forms to fill out on a link that was sent to me. I needed some assistance with that part, but with help from Misty, it eventually got complete. The procedure of the extraction was easy Peezy. No pain, no fuss, no problem. Dr. Bruno was friendly, professional, and precise. Follow up home instructions were given, and explained thoroughly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a number of issues with my teeth including a cracked molar and 4 wisdom teeth that needed to be extracted. Dr Bruno and his staff took care of all these issues. The staff is very friendly led by Misty who makes sure your visit there is as comfortable as possible. Dr Bruno himself is great. He is extremely precise and his procedures are painless. I will actually miss visiting them and highly recommend them to anyone requiring any type of oral surgery.

My husband had a tooth pulled in January 2023. We are on Medicare Adv. and asked for the amount we would owe before the visit. They wouldn't tell us in advance and charged us $397.00 that day. Per Medicare we owed $182.41. Had a TERRIBLE time trying to get the $214.59 refund. They finally sent a check for $164.59. We will NEVER go back.

I took my sister here for a tooth extraction. We had to wait close to an hour. Her appointment was at 10 am. He drugged her up so much that she could not stay awake enough two hours later to get to her house. I had a terrible time, practically had to carry her in. She slept until 1:00 am. , was up for an hour then slept until 9:00 am. She was sent home with FIVE prescriptions. I know I will never go to him.

UPDATE 10/14/22: still waiting on my refund with no returned calls. My patience has been depleted. I guess the next step is legal action. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I can never get a return call & have left several messages. My surgery was in March, which I had to pay up front upon a pretreatment review with my insurance. It's the office's requirement. Here we are, 6 months later and the claim finally processed bc it was sent incorrectly twice, and now they owe me a decent refund. On the day of my surgery, no one answered the door to let us in for 15 minutes while I was knocking and calling the office. They have a lobby but won't allow you to wait in it. Finally upon answering the door, we were told to go back to our vehicle, in which we had to wait another 30 minutes past my surgery time. I don't mind waiting, but it it is their process that was frustrating. Then when I went for my follow up appt, no one answered the door & I was knocking and calling for 40 mins.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Bruno. His staff was excellent to work with in getting everything scheduled and her prepared for the surgery. Dr. Bruno did a wonderful job and was very caring. We have referred a few of her friends to this office already and will continue to refer others!

I recently visited Dr Bruno's office because I needed to get a cracked tooth pulled. They were able to get me in the same day and made the process quick and painless. Dr Bruno and the staff made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this office!

I had a tooth implant placed at Dr. Bruno’s office and had an overall very positive experience! Everything from payment/billing to the procedure itself went smoothly. Dr. Bruno and his staff were friendly and helpful- thoroughly explained everything, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I went in very nervous (terrified, really), but I felt more at ease after talking with them. I had no problems throughout the entire process and am very impressed with the work. I thought Dr.Bruno was very professional but also funny. His assistant Kristi was also awesome, super sweet and did a great job and really made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I would 100% recommend the office and go back if I ever need any work done again.

Terrible experience. Major complications with wisdom tooth extraction that I had to get corrected by another doctor. Left my jaw bone EXPOSED. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Bruno and his office staff are very professional, kind, compassionate and helpful. I was having severe tooth pain from an abscessed tooth and they were able to get me in promptly for an extraction. Lori was very kind and reassuring explaining how the process/procedure would go so I was prepared. The day of the procedure everyone was so nice and reassuring. Dr. Bruno has an amazing bedside manner and made me feel at ease as did Kristi. The extraction was done before I knew it and wasn’t at all like I’d anticipated, and I was very relieved. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno and his staff for any oral surgery needs and won’t hesitate to go back if necessary.

Dr. Bruno did my surgery a couple weeks ago. He did a great job & was helpful with all my concerns. The staff, Lori & Kristi are friendly,especially Kristi keeping me calm.

I brought my daughter in for a surgical bond and bracket for orthodontics procedure earlier this year and had to have it replaced. The receptionist had us waiting for 30 minutes past our appointment time. I was really upset about having us wait since they were running behind. Just when I thought I could not wait any longer, Dr. Bruno's nurses and Dr Bruno were walking out the patient before us in a wheelchair and loading her into their car. My anger dissipated when I saw how well his staff worked as a team, even though it took up our time. My daughter did well for her second procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno’s office for any and all Oral Surgeries.

My dentist sent me to Dr Bruno for an implant. The process was pretty easy. Everything happened just as they explained to me and I am very happy with the outcome.

I recently had to find an oral surgeon for my elderly father. He has some health issues and I was worried about finding somewhere that they would take the care in treating him. I found Dr Bruno after asking a couple of my neighbors. The girl that answered the phone, Lori, was so incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish. We arrived at the office for our consultation and EVERYONE was so nice. The girls that worked in the back with my dad were incredible and so caring. Front desk was fantastic. No issues at all and we had our appointment last week. My dad did great when they took out the tooth and Dr Bruno was amazing. No issues after the tooth was pulled. My dad went home and rested like they said and he was back to his normal silly self the next day. Thank you to this office for being so wonderful. Kindness goes a long way these days.

I was referred here for an implant by my dentist. I did not know anything about Dr Bruno. I started to ask around about him before making my appointment and everyone I spoke with had nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. I was. not disappointed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend this office.

wife had oral surgery by Dr Bruno. When she went back to a couple of other specialist they were shocked at what they saw, not good. And now we are having billing issues. His billing person sent info to wrong insurance company. Once that was corrected, the correct insurance company refused claim. Because of the time frame, ended up being a year after surgery. Plus have had no luck with his office calling me back. Have called 7 times in the past 7 weeks. He is pretty arrogant also. Again and still is not a good experience.
