Every time I go there I wait at least 3 hours or more! Told me I needed hip surgery immediately. I told him I had to check with my son if he could come down and take care of me when I went in again he said I could wait the following year for the same hip so I waited. I came back again he said you can wait 6 months I can't trust him. Excellent surgeon but he flip flops around too much for me. He does not listen. I told him I was highly allergic to nickel three times then he tells me after the surgeries which I had a knee and a hip well there might be a little bit of nickel in there hello! I am really scared to go to another orthopedic surgeon I don't know who I can trust.

I have had four surgeries with Dr. Jerry and am very pleased with the care that he provided each time. Also, I was very pleased with the physical therapy there as well. All the staff members were pleasant and took care of my needs.

Awful. He wants your billing and has no concern for your needs. He will xray, run tests, do in office procedures and refer you to his own physical therapy facility, but forget any steady care and coordination once he gets paid, and he will not even return a call for you. Good luck getting any help from his nurse. She is just the worst. Go elsewhere.

I have seen this MD many times over several years. Unfortunately my last appointment with him was quite disconcerting. When asked why I had the ailments that I did he related 'you cannot expect an old Chevy act like a new Cadillac' he repeated this at least twice. When I reported pain from the nerve conduction study, he related 'wait I'm not having fun yet'. This behavior was unprofessional. When I returned to the neurosurgeon that referred me weeks later, his office had not mailed my report

My doctor for 15 years. I have noticed that the bigger his office has gotten, the less personal care I received. Time of wait is now over an hour and rushed through the appointment. I am now going elsewhere for further Orthopedic care and replacement surgery. His rehab office is also on the complete downslide. The best thing about his office is his PA Jeffery Dent!
