Greatest Doctor
I was, fortunately, able to get appt with Dr Gordon, due to a tick bite, about 20 yrs ago! He has been my Dr ever since! He has seen & saved me thru many difficult events! I’d have ALL my loved ones see him, if he were available! I love his manner, knowledge, directness & kindness!

Looks good on paper...
Dr. Gerald may be a great doctor. I will never know because I draw the line at rude receptionists. Enough bad attitude for me merely inquiring for new patient appointment.

I will never forget the way he belittled me. The interaction that I had with him took place almost ten years ago, but to this day—I still remember how small he made me feel. He was rude, abrasive, and cruel. I dreaded and feared speaking to him. Ten years later, I refuse to let another person speak to me the way he spoke to me!

It has never happened! I have been trying to get in since last July! Finally had an appointment today, for which I took .5 a sick day from work. Showed up and there are no doctors there! Will not try again. The worst experience with a doctors office ever.

If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. He is THE WORST. NO PHYSICAL EXAM on my parents who are elderly. Sat at his laptop and asked stupid questions and then said 'you look great", even though they had serious medical problems. AND..word of caution...HE DESPISES ANY FAMILY MEMBERS GETTING INVOLVED. He is the most condescending man or physician I have EVER met. Be forewarned! Also, his longtime office manager, Betty, NEEDS TO GO. She is JUST AS RUDE as he is. In todays world, this kind of treatment should not be allowed. There are so many other younger, nicer, more progressive Internal Medicine doctors in Aiken that Dr. Gordon. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Dr Gordon started treating me last October for a staph infection in broken arm, I have been extremely satisfied with him. In addition, his office has recently help me find a new surgeon to remove pins in my elbow, after previous surgeon "stopped being concerned"about my condition.
