I don’t know where to start. I brought my sons here only because my son‘s father went here as a child with a few months. I realized it was a huge mistake not only could none of the specialist. My son would see not get a hold of this doctor through email or call or anything, but half the time they said they were open they were closed. They do not return calls. They do not answer your actual questions. They don’t care about your concerns and most definitely do not keep a Your kids shot record both of my children are “behind on shot records. “when that is just not true. They have been given double dosage for things and it still will not get logged. I’ve had a conversation with her the fact that my son had already had them, but she did not log them correctly so he needed them again. and then I thought that was the end of it because I finally switched my son’s doctor only to find out that he needs a triple dosage of two different shots because they are still to this day not logged. AWFUL.

Always pleasant, concerned about her patients. Wait time is low.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this office. I went on a Friday because my two year old had a horrible cough and when I got to the pharmacy I found out they never called in the prescription. When the pharmacist called, they had already closed and the answering service was not picking up. I then had to drag my two year old and newborn to the urgent care just to get a prescription, despite already having taken her to the doctor that morning. This is just one example of the many issues we had at this practice. I have also had constant billing issues with them overcharging or billing wrong and telling me I owed money, when my insurance had never even seen the bill in question. Very unprofessional.
