Dr. Pung has been seeing my boys for years and they both lover her! She doesn't believe in prescribing medicine if you have a virus, because it doesn't work and too many people prescribe drugs, because people are insistent because they want the quick fix, compared to taking better care of themselves - sleep, good diet, etc. Dr. Pung asks great questions, has a lot of knowledge and stays up on what is happening in the field of medicine.

Dr. Pung has a kind and caring professional manner. She put my son at ease with her friendly demeanor. Medical procedures were explained thoroughly ahead of time. She answered our questions in an unhurried, calm manner. I appreciate that we received the lab results by phone from the doctor in a timely manner.

Dr. Pung brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and compassion to the exam room. She makes sure her patients leave the exam room with a clear understanding of next steps and is always available for follow up questions. We are lucky to have Dr. Pung in our community.

There is just no sense of urgency and need to provide the best care with Dr. Pung. My daughter saw Dr. Pung for clearly sick symptoms and she said she looked fine. She didn't even test her for the symptoms we said she had. If Dr. Pung would have given a thorough exam, my daughter would have tested positive for the illness she had and received the medication she needed quickly and saved my family so many frustrating days and sleepless nights.
