Dr Tannous was so friendly and professional. His nurse Isla was amazing and so was the one who put in my IV Katlyn I believe. I can’t remember the name of who took care of me after the procedure but she was great as well.

Caring, efficient and effective.

First exposure to Dr. Tannous, just prior to my procedure. He took time to explain what was going to happen and was glad to answer my pre-op questions.

Very friendly staff acknowledging patients need

Rushed from beginning to end by rooming nurse all the way to discharge. Not listened to or communicated with regarding finding veins (I have poor veins due to years of Iroñ infusions) . Not listened to regarding blood pressure and when I explained I was not fully cleared out despite completing the protocol exactly, Dr pressed ahead with colonoscopy only to determine he couldn't see enough and would need to repeat in a few months. Got attitude and ignored by nurse when I objected to the music being played ( I know my blood pressure is better in a calm or soothing environment) discharge nurse kept pressing to get me out despite dizziness and nausea.

Having just met Dr. Tannous before having a procedure I had some trepidations. When we're having a health crisis we always have questions. Would he be able to answer all my questions and help put me at ease? That's a definite yes. He's a straight shooter that doesn't sugar coat his answers and speaks from the heart. He's knowledgeable and affable, I couldn't ask for better.

He listens to your concerns and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. His bedside manner is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone.

Well organized

I've been suffering with some upper G.I. issues for 1.5 yrs. After reviewing my health and family history, he knew what to order done. He took the time to answer my questions and to show me on his computer what things looked like. I have a good feeling about his suggestions and cannot wait to get on with the procedures he suggested.

Dr Tannous is thorough and caring. He listens to your symptoms and works to find a plan that will work for you. He asks for you to follow up by phone and has you schedule follow up visits if needed. He is extremely personable and easy to talk to about my medical issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Gastro specialist.
