Dr. George Stockwell, MD

As I said in my review, I never heard from Dr Stockwell or the practice manager at Mercy Primary Care in Windham , after I pointed out to them how the billing error happened. I finally found another customer service number. The representative at this number cleared up the error quickly and a short time later I was refunded what I had paid in error. I was grateful for that but I would like to say that I never received an apology from anyone involved. That is part of 'bedside manner' and they failed. But like I said before, I had no other complaints about Dr Stockwell so this incident was very disappointing. I left Mercy Primary Care and found a new PCP elsewhere.

Every time my 77 year old mother has tests or X-rays done, she has to end up calling for a few days and leaving several messages to find out the results. She gives ample time for them to get the results.

Dr Stockwell is amazing! He does run 45 minutes late butisworth the wait!

Dr. Stockwell is the best doctor our family has ever had! He really listens and lets the patient decide how they want to proceed. He is very honest. Dr. Stockwell is ALWAYS running behind. But he is definitely worth the wait.

Dr. Stockwell is a very competent DR. Nice guy and he listens to all you have to say!

Dr. Stockwell was the worst doctor I've ever had. He was borderline negligent in his care. If you want a doctor who is thorough and cares about their patients, Dr. Stockwell is not for you.
