Dr Ross always spends as much time as necessary to answer questions and explain treatment options. He takes a very common sense approach to treating problems. I really enjoy speaking with him about current trends in the medical field.

He was very thorough and talked with me reviewing all my concerns.I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ross may be a busy man but he takes care to listen to his patients and provides superb medical advice and treatment.

Dr Ross is the best doctor I have experienced living in Freeport FL these past few years. I work in healthcare so I do a lot of research when looking for a new doctor. His reviews were great for a reason and I am glad to have him as my family doctor these past few years. Dr. Ross is very intelligent and takes time to talk with his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable healthcare provider, competent, patient focused & friendly doctor.

Dr Ross has been my primary care physician since relocating to Florida, and I'm fortunate to have found him. He takes genuine interests in his patients (and their families), and he takes his time during every appointment to get things right. At no time have I ever felt rushed, nor have my concerns ever been ignored. It's no wonder why he's so popular in the local area. He's a true blessing to the Freeport community.

This was a standard visit, which are always good. Dr. Ross is very good and works well with me and I believe other Patients. He listens to what you tell him and acts on it!

Dr Ross is personable, patient, kind and compassionate. Answers all and any questions as well as takes time to address any concerns you may have. He is very knowledgeable and offers suggestions with your concerns or questions. I never feel rushed or ignored yet the wait time is never overwhelming. Super grateful to have him caring for us.

Dr. Ross is a wonderful and knowledgeable physician.. He is knowledgeable about you during your appointment and will suggest different options for treatment. Will ask about things that were discussed in previous appointments to find how things have been progressing. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Ross, would recommend him very highly to anyone.

Dr. Ross has been our Doc for 5 years and we really like him. We had a very good meeting last week with him and he laid out a plan of care for my wife that makes her happy and removed some of her anxiety.

Rude & inattentive staff. Long wait times for appointments and during appointments.I do not recommend this physician.

i was referred to dr ross by another doc. went to dr ross' website, profile says in all caps 'ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS'. clicked the schedule appointment now link, notated that i possibly needed anti depressants and scheduled myself an appt. go to appt, was told by front desk lady the office mgr canceled the appt because he isnt accepting new patients. asked why no one informed me, she said 'dont know, just telling you what the acct says' and offered for me to talk to the office mgr. mgr came to tell me 'not my fault, our system messed up and you shouldnt have been able to schedule' and 'not my fault, central scheduling should have contacted you when i canceled the appt' asked her if the doctor or nurse practitioner could see me since i was there and she said 'no the np can see you at the end of july'. not how a patient who is seeking help should be treated!! not one single person apologized for my inconvenience or offered any solution. they were all very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Ross and his entire staff are very professional and caring.They all go beyond their duties to take care of you.

The Front Desk Lady - Vicky is very rude, it's almost like she wants to argue. I have never sent a Medical review until after dealing with her. She really needs to seek help for her social skills. Maybe something is going on in her life that makes her so angry, I don't know. I've been meaning to address this sooner but I just had some extra time today. The other lady with the M name, Maylase or something - she's nice.

Dr Ross’s receptionist Vicky is extremely rude. She goes out of her way to be difficult and rude. She should not be allowed to work with patients.

Solid doctor, knowledgeable and dependably accurate. Will offer alternatives instead of pushing you in a direction you don’t want. He’s a tad impersonal (eyes on the computer screen) but hard working and busy.
