Office staff okay but nothing special…Actual appointments are nothing more than check the box and next paying customer please…. Complains he doesn’t make enough $$$

I have not had a visit yet because they are never in the office so I can make an appointment! I've tried calling five times and have gotten the answering service all five times, I even tried calling on the days they were supposed to be in the office. No Luck! I give up.

Dr. Neal has an office at Catholic Medical Center. I love the staff there! The technicians are amazing and his administrative staff is so helpful. They helped me get used to using my CPAP machine. I know I just have ask and I can get all the help I need. Dr. Neal is very professional. Not a small talk kind of guy, but very good at what he does.

Everything about my experience with Dr Neal was horribly unprofessional. This doctor is rude, condescending, and does not listen to his patients. His office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are so rude! It appears as if they are not happy with their job and they want nothing to do with patients. I tried as much as I could to make it through my appointments without getting frustrated at the condescension. It is very apparent to me that the Dr and staff have given up.
