I had a terrible experience at the North fulton hospital in Roswell. The nurse that helped me was extremely nice and helpful then the PA Lindsey P Bergman came in the room. She doesn't listen to concerns, she was rude, and she said inappropriate things that I will be reporting to the board. I know the emergency room is busy but if you can't handle the job then you should go find another career. You don't tell a patient you are hesitant to check thyroid issues when the patient has zero insurance and no place else to go. Among the many other inappropriate things she said that I will go into detail in my report. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER if she is working. All of the other staff was so kind and helpful, then you have this devil woman running around treating people with zero compassion. This healthcare system is already broken and it's the overworked incompetent physician assistants making it even worse for all of us.

Caring and Compassionate!
I went to the ER on Saturday for leg pain and weakness that had gone on a week at an elevated level. I was fortunate to have had Dr. Malcom as my ER attending physician. Dr. Malcom was caring, compassionate, and listened to me about my ailments. After receiving an MRI, I was admitted to the hospital with a neurosurgeon referral, and had surgery Monday and was discharged Tuesday. Dr. Malcom definitely made me feel like I was in good hands.

Saw Malcom at NFH. Had migraine, panic attacks, elevated blood pressure. I was given ONE ativan pill and saline. Had to wait for 2 hrs, and after no effects from medicine, I told Dr. Malcom I was in excruciating pain and needed some stronger meds. He told me that i shouldn't be in anymore pain and that my panic attacks weren't present. He wanted to discharge me- I couldn't even see, let alone walk. He proceeded to rush me out of the room with no take home meds and without treating my specified conditions. His nurse couldn't even read. They were both incompetent and I will NEVER go back to North Fulton Hospital. He did absolutely nothing to help me and I have already reported him to the state medical board, as he and his staff will hurt or worse pattens that come to wherever he works..
