Dr Lazarou listened to my concerns and guided me through my vaginal hysterectomy. I am very happy with the results and my recovery. My quality of life is now so much better than it was before my surgery.

Dr Lazarou was very knowledgeable, and also friendly and understanding. He explained in detail everything about my condition, listened to my questions, cared about my concerns. . Made me feel very comfortable. Even after my procedure, he was very up beat and informative, and helped me to understand what was necessary for a full recovery. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Lazarou is all around an excellent physician. He cares, he is kind, he makes you feel comfortable. Explains everything with patience and listens to your needs. I initially saw Dr. Lazarou for my dropped bladder, which I had repaired along with a hysterectomy 20 years prior (with another doctor). After examination Dr. Lazarou suggested trying a pessary first before having to do surgery, unfortunately that didn’t work and surgery was scheduled. The surgery was outpatient at the hospital and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I saw Dr. Lazarou prior to surgery and after surgery before going home that afternoon. I am now 3 months out and I feel terrific. I will be seeing Dr. Lazarou for my last follow up this week.

Office visits have always been timely and he takes the time to answer questions, explain procedures and offers options (if available). Very professional, personable and makes you feel at ease. I sought out Dr. Lazarou for urinary incontinence issues which I thought were just age related and that my only option would be surgery. I was very happy to hear that it was not age related but could be treated conservatively with a minimally invasive procedure and medication. Office staff have been responsive and efficient as far as scheduling and even using telehealth as needed for follow up visits. I would highly recommend!!

Staff was friendly. I didn’t have to wait Dr Lazarou was prompt with his appointments. His physician assistant Catherine is brilliant. Dr Lazarou did my surgery and took time to explain everything. I have recovered nicely. He did an excellent job.

Dr. Lazarou performed an open partial hysterectomy, repositioning of vagina and repair of prolapsed bladder on me. It was not an easy decision to have this surgery given all that could go wrong but Dr Lazarou and his staff answered all my questions and put me at ease. The recovery was tough but I'm thrilled with the results. He far exceeded all my expectations on the outcome. Dr. Lazaro and his staff should all be rated a “10”. I had the privilege of not only being treated by him but also two nurses and nurse practitioner. They are all wonderful making me feel at ease, helped make procedures non-stressful, and informed me of what and why they were testing for. Dr. Lazarou performed an injection procedure in bladder to help relieve my incontinence issues. The results have changed my life. After suffering for years with overactive and urge incontinence I no longer have to plan my daily life around visits to bathrooms and no longer require medication. I highly recommend Dr. Lazarou
