Office staff is horribly lazy. Apparently did not verify my insurance even though they asked for every detail from my card two weeks before appt. Wound up owing over $100 after copay, which they did not even mention until after my second appoint another two weeks later, in which they still did not mention this until after I paid - what they knew full well by this point was a bogus copay - after they called me back to see the doctor only to ambush me with payment demands. Good doctors - lousy staff

I was Referred to see Dr. Kostohryz, and was told over the phone I would see his Physician Assistant. My Physician referred me for sinus and ear problems only to be sent over for a Hearing Test. The Audiologist ran testing on my ears and told me I had the worse hearing for someone my age. Before I could even process what he told me, off he went to see if my Insurance would cover the hearing aids.. They would so he was trying to go ahead and order the Hearing Aids. I stated Absolutely Not.

Office staff is extremely rude. Do not report tests results even though I knew the office had them for over a week. Do not return phone calls even when they schedule the call back. Finally get "response" from testing and it didn't even address the part of my anatomy in question. Very questionable as to the correct test even being ordered. Would NEVER return.

The rude staff, especially the so called Office Manager need a lesson in Customer Service. I have personally overheard her talk to her staff like they are nothing. Her little blond sidekick is just as bad. Never will I ever step foot in those doors again.
