Careless and Uncaring
For both my mom and me - Was in and out in minutes. Didn’t listen. With mom - MISSED CANCER ON BOTH ARMS that was fortunately found and treated by new dermatologist in another practice. Terrible.

Believe the Reviews
Dr. Keough has appointments with patients every 10 minutes. KnoxDerm embodies the definition of a "churn and burn" practice. He didn't listen to my symptoms, asked me to take off my shirt in front of his female note-taker (she didn't say a word the entire time - I just thought I would mention since somebody else wrote about the same experience), and then he prescribed me the same topical steroids I have been taking since I was 10 years old and told me to come back in 2 months. This trip costed me $150 to get prescribed the same tube of steroids my doctor calls in for free.

Excellant, couldn't be better. He checked my problem, gave me a shot and cut it off then cauterized it. He said he thought it was okay but was going to send it off to be tested and would let me know the results in about a week. I think some people on here giving him low scores are just petty. I would definately give him 5 stars and will be going back to him.

After having me strip, he left the room and brought in a female resident without giving me notice ahead of time.

I would not recommend my dog going to this guy!!! My GP originally recommended Dr. Dittrick, but couldn't get an appointment for three months. However, Keough had an opening right away. Now I know why....because nobody wants to go to him. He took one look at my face (I'm 43 now and I've struggled with acne since my teenage years), said it was Rosacea, wrote out a prescription and away he went. He spent less than five minutes in the room, and said nothing about a follow up visit.

He saw me on time, quickly diagnosed 2 issues I had as non-threatening and then removed a portion of a third for a biopsy. I was told I would be contacted in a week of the results and was. Couldn't expect more from anyone.

He did not examine places on my hands and arms closely. He stood just inside the door and spouted out seborrheic keratosis and rash from plants. 3 months now and it's still here even after my medical doctor gave me a steroid shot to see if that would work. It didn't . He was way off .. I have told people how he treated me. I certainly don't have a rash from plants and told him that when I was there 3 months ago.
