Zero people skills. Poor bedside manner. Barely even made eye contact. Got a referral to a different doctor who actually cares

Dr. Joseph was not only veryProfessional but went out of his was to be very kind to my elderly mother in law. She is well on her way to a new leash on her life!

Dr. Joseph was very thorough in explaining my a-fib diagnosis and treatment plan. He took time in answering my questions and easing my mind. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Joseph is top notch and I trust him with my care.

I had SVTs my whole adult life. Saw Dr. Joseph and he did ablation on me and i haven't had any issues since. I am able to work out for the first time in years without having to stop and rest because my heart rate is high. His office staff was busy but took the time to listen when I called with questions and was very nice in the office. The hospital stay was good. I recommended him to my cousin that has the same problems I do.

He seemed kind, listened to me, and answered all my questions. He explained my health issue with great detail. I understand now how to monitor my health condition better than I had in the past. Very thorough and understanding.

He was very caring and he took his time explaining the procedures in detail and gave us printed material regarding the procedures. He also explained the follow up care. His office staff were very caring and took time to explain the expectations during the appointment and follow up.

Do Not have surgery in Huntington!!Dr Joseph is well worth the 4 hr drive he can help you. He’s helped me!!

Caught him knowingly telling me wrong three different times. Confronted he and he wouldn't answer me..

Changed my medication and refused to return my calls after regarding bad reactions. Ordered an unnecessary test and wouldn't speak to me unless it was done. Allowed me to suffer with side effects for 6 weeks until I gave up and got referred somewhere else.

Terrible, He has no time to listen, does not care about you and honestly seems not to care about your money, didn't even go to school in the states, Not smart and uncaring. Please see someone decent instead.

I have never seen Dr. Joseph, but his staff is not at all caring. I had a problem on Christmas day and contacted the office on Monday, was given no satisfaction tried again on Tuesday received even less satisfaction. Immediately changed to another doctor, I will not be ignored.

I saw this doctor 2x. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have ZERO confidence in him. Phone calls to office aren’t returned. Doctor can’t or won’t answer questions. No explanation of test results even when specifically questioned responses with a grunt. He made too many big mistakes in my case. Mistake #1 was asking about my ER visit and being referred for open heart surgery which NEVER happened. He recorded at least 4 items of inaccurate information in my patient file. He prescribed medication that wasn’t needed and without following appropriate protocols for the drug. My primary care had a difficult time getting information and made a referral to another doctor. Due to long wait time to see the new doctor I personally made an appointment at a nationally recognized clinic to get answers. I was taken off the medication Joseph prescribed. Be extremely careful with any medications he prescribes- his “take an extra pill or increase”without telling you exact dose is dangerous! Rude receptionist

Excellent doctor

He put a pacemaker in on Wed prescribed an antibiotic that my mother had a SEVERE reaction too. Gave her a different antibiotic, (Benadryl and steroids which were on the list of drugs that HE listed not to take with her new medication). EVERYTIME he came into the room I specifically asked questions in which he NEVER seemed to have any concern and NEVER answered with nothing more that a grunt or ok. On Sat when he was dismissing my mother I had to make him look at her and sent her home anyway!!!

I have been with him since he came to HIMG he is very good and his staff is very friendly I also took my father to him he does excellent work I highly recommend him

Wouldn't make an appointment to see my mother after she got released from hospital because he just saw her 2 weeks prior. Well she was in afib . With of issues. Doesn't seem to care to much about his patients. Wouldn't Recommend him to even see my dogs!!

He is kind and caring and I found him to be very professional and informative.He was very good to my mother too.

Dr Joseph appears to be technically good but his patient care is very poor. You feel like he is lecturing you and not listening. Poor patient bedside manners. I no longer use him because of his care
