Dirty office and unfriendly staff. Requested to see the doctor but was seen by nurse practioner. Nobody gave written instructions on medication and I was ignored at the front desk. I would have expected a print out on instructions and instead had the assistant write on a little post-it. I will never go back. Horrible.

Very professional staff with great knowledge in doing a flawless job of taking care of their customer(s). Dr. Ingrish (american doctor) is very nice and right to the point, doesn't talk much and gets the job done swiftly. I, however saw his Nurse Practitioner "Kim" and in my opinion, she does a much better job and makes patients feel at ease. Sometime appointments may take 5 months to see the doctor but seeing his N.P. can be the same day. #skintags are gone

Extremely poor experience with a cancer diagnosis where Dr. Ingrish showed very little regard for the well-being of mom. First, he sat on the biopsy report a complete week before calling my parents to tell them the results ? the report was dated a complete week before he called. Second, he showed extremely poor follow up afterwards. Dr. Ingrish promised that he would call them either that night or the next day with an oncologist referral. No call came despite multiple calls to his office
