Not sure if my previous review posted.
So I will try this again. Dr Hsu had cared for me for years as both a thyroid and sinus Dr. He is appreciated by so many people. I know this because of all the Thank you cards posted as well as see it first hand and also have friends that say how great he is as well. Thank Dr Hsu for all of your help and I hope this posts.

misdiagnosis
Would not go back to see Dr. Hsu. He sent me for a CT scan. Afterwards he told me I had tumor in my face and needed surgery. I went to Dr. Larian in Beverly Hills presented my documentation and he diagnosed me as having a clogged salivary gland. Simple fix just using heat. I should not have had a CT scan in the first place, but an MRI as Dr. Larian used this test to diagnose the lump in my check.

Excellent. I have a difficult cancer that he disgnosed and removed and I see him now faithfully for followup after surgery and treatment. He is quick, efficient and careful, and will take time to explain and answer questions. I feel confident in his care.

Being treated by Dr. Hsu was a really good experience for me. Without being specific about my particular ear problem in this review, I can tell you that Dr Hsu listened intently to my description of the problem, asked several questions and was very thorough in his analysis and treatment. He was pleasant and professional and I will go back to have him treat me again if and when a new medical need arises. The staff including the office people and the medical assistants were both pleasant and competent.

The emergency room doctor's couldn't help me, I needed to see a specialist. Dr Hsu took me in, and skillfully stopped the bleeding. Dr. Hsu is my hero and his staff is Stellar!

I can't say this about Dr. Hsu because I never saw him, but for Central California Ear Nose & Throat, avoid this place at all cost. They made a mistake and scheduled me with the wrong doctor and instead of keeping the appointment with Dr. Hsu, they told me I had to come back. Even when I said I waited six weeks for this appointment and I need to see the doctor now, they still said no. Like I said, I can't say anything about Dr. Hsu, but for his staff, avoid this place.

This is not about Dr. Hsu, but his office staff. I had been given an appointment two months in advance. The day I showed up, the staff told me the Dr. is away today and you are set for next week; Ironically, she said that we have probably called you and let you know about the change in the appointment time. No apology It was a big waste of my time, as I drove out of town to the Dr.'s office. Make sure you call their office in advance, if you don't want this to happen to you.

Dr Hsu is energetic and may seem distracted at first, but in reality is a sharp minded doctor who devotes time to his patients and is interested in diagnosing and fixing problems. I was and still am being well cared for, and I enjoyed my visit with Dr Hsu. The office staff is also great.

Did not see Dr. Hsu. This is about office staff. Waited two months for appointment with this dr and received a call 1 day before appointment to reschedule. No apology, no reason, rude scheduling person. Was told I would have to wait another month for his first available appointment. It is not acceptable to wait 3 months to see anyone. Can't imagine how I would of been treated had I come in as a patient. Read reviews and then find another ENT. There are good ones in Fresno.
