It has been a pleasure to have Dr. Hatch perform my eye surgery. I could not have chosen a better physician anywhere. Very Professional, and puts the Patient always FIRST. Answered my questions, calmed my anxiety during surgery, called and checked on my well being afterwards. Again, the BEST of The BEST...

Superb Doctor, Great Service. Dr. Hatch did cataract surgery in both eyes and the entire process was professional and top notch. Can't say I would want to do it again but if I had to you can bet I would choose Dr. Hatch.

The Dr is GREAT, but his staff Needs some Help! Debbie, receptionist, is manipulative, 'Her way' or No Way. Dr Cross isn't much better. She went full Drama re: my concern about Floaters I've had for 30 YEARS. No Concern about MY Cost if they were ONLY Floaters, only that they Both would 'Rescue' someone....Ugh. Changing to another office. Hopefully, Requesting my records doesn't turn out to be a late Saturday Night Drama!

Would NEVER recommend Dr. although skilled in his field. A patient of his for 25+ years & our family's eye physcian,he let me wait for an hour and 40 minutes before seeing me while 5 patients came in after me & were all seen. Dr. implied that I should've been grateful to be seen at all as I only called today & his staff was "merely working me in" & his other patients had appointments already scheduIed. NOT TRUE! I spoke to others in waiting room. 3 hr wait on my last 2 visits. UNPROFFESSIONAL

I started going to Dr. Hatch 8 years ago when a co-worker recommended him when I was having an episode of "floaters and flashers" during an early morning Saturday work shift. I called his office number at 7am and his answering service patched him through. He was great. I've had nothing but good experiences since, with annual checkups and a recent emergency visit, scheduled with no problem. Payment arrangements have not been an issue, either. Gracious old-time medical care.

I understand that offices have policies, I was sent to collections, my husband was out of work I was sick and not working, Dr Hatch saved me and my eyesight when other Dr.s said it wasn't a big deal if someone didn't refer me by phone, I thank him. I saw him twice more after once I got insurance and paid my bill, I was contacted today by Carol and told that unless I pay cash they will not see me. I have ins and I have paid my bill. I guess if you fall on hard times don't expect kindness.

Would not recommend. Office and equipment very dated. Waited over an hour and a half to see doctor with no explanation. Staff acted put out when I asked for billing statement, told me to wait for my mail. Office manager, Carol, exceptionally rude when discussing billing. They refused to correct their improper diagnosis of eye prescription, because my bill had not beed paid. Turns out they never submitted to my insurance for payment. I'll see a reputable Doctor next time. Would not recommend
