Being treated like I am not worth a call back
Telehealth
Had my first time visit with this office. I did x-rays and I saw a fellow to go over my office visit. Thinking I would see Dr Hatch after being checked. Nothing Next the fellow walked me over to the front deck to make appointment with Jacquie. But she wasn’t there. I was given her card and I called and left a voicemail. She never returned my call. I waited a few days and made my own MRI appointment and a follow up telemedicine call for my results.Thinking I would get a call back from the real doctor. But I got a fellow or PA. Again this person was very cold and I could tell he could care less about me and my pain.He said I will have Jacquie call you back to make an appointment for you to get a shot in your shoulder. I’m still waiting for that call back. This is not my job to call back as I feel this is no way to treat a new patient. Why should my insurance pay Dr Hatch when he never saw me.Going to UCLA to start all over again as I don’t trust this office for my healthcare

Do Not Waste Your Time or Money
I have a knee injury and they made me get an X-ray and MRI and it’s been over 2 months and no matter how much I call and email, they’ve only answered a couple of times and said they’ll get back to me. Without fail though, they keep sending me bills threatening to take me to collections if I don’t pay for the x-ray. Where is the x-ray? I wish I saved my money and time because I got absolutely nothing out of this. The cherry on top is the voicemail I recently got from an unknown number saying my MRI order has been approved to an imaging specialist and if I have further questions I could give them a call back. I already got my MRI done 2 months ago. This office couldn’t even check my records properly and give me relevant information. I would never trust them with my body.

4 Surgeries & Shadowing Experience
I had 4 surgeries by Dr. Hatch, and I also had the lovely pleasure of shadowing him in both the clinical setting and in the operating room. He has a great sense of humor, humility and patience. He has definitely earned his salary, and I want him to be well paid so that he can have optimal health since being a surgeon is a very demanding job that requires lots of strength (emotional ,spiritual, physical), patience, professionalism, sound judgement and humility. It took me 4 surgeries over the span of several years to be pain free but I am so grateful for my journey and his work. Dr. Hatch sacrificed a lot to get where he is and he taught me a lot about myself that I otherwise would not have realized sooner. You inspired me to grow academically, professionally and taught me that health is wealth. May I get to improve well being like you do. Thank you for taking away my pain and restoring my mobility. I cherish my long walks, prayers and workouts. I hope you keep up the amazing work.

Terrible office!
Completely atrocious services. Saw Dr Hatch for a second opinion on revising a surgery that he specializes in. Was looking to transfer my care to him.He ordered CT scan and x-ray (which I paid hundreds out of pocket for). I got the exams done and scheduled an appointment. One of his minions calls me 3 days before the appointment (scheduled a month prior) and says he won't be able to see me because he referred me to another surgeon. When I ask him to confirm, because that's not what my conversation was with the doc, he condescendingly said that he will and would call back in a couple of days. I never heard back from him and my appointment was cancelled. This happened again in 3 months - scheduler is nice and polite, schedules appointment, then his idiot minion calls, talks down to you and cancels it with 0 actual reason provided. I've lost money and more importantly valuable time by going to this office, just to have my condition unaddressed and my time wasted.

As one of his patients, get a SECOND opinion before trusting Dr.Hatch. He is aggressive, rude, condescending and a mistake. He is a volume surgeon, he does thousands of surgeries and that's why his success rate is so high. What this conceals is a lot of his procedures fail. He will never admit that his surgery failed, he blames the patient as much as he can. This is a person who has made a lot of mistakes in his life and gotten away with it. DO NOT go to this surgeon, he looks at every patient as a volume surgeon, which means he doesn't want to know when his surgeries fail. Ultimately, this is not a surgeon who cares about you, he looks at you as his experiment, save yourself and don't take this risk, your body matters.

Great Doctor at USC DEPT Orthopedic Surgery. On time, great bedside manner, has recently performed reverse shoulder replacements on both my shoulders and I’m 77. The best of the best. Far ahead of the pack each time.

He is probably a great doctor but he is extremely understaffed. Hatch probably makes over half a million a yr yet he cannot afford a full time receptionist, nurse, nor assistant?
