Dr. Harri's staff leaves a lot to be desired.. very rude and seem to be very unhappy. No on ever answer's the phone and when you leave a message no one returns your call ever!! I changed my PCP because of the staff at Dr. Harris's office. The receptionist in the front that greets everyone is the rudest person I ever spoken encountered. My time and my healthcare are more important than having to endure their behavior...

The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is so calming as compared to others. I didn't want to change my PCP but mine no longer accepted my insurance. He recommended Dr. Harris. I put it off for months. It got to the point where I had to go. So I made my first appointment, I took all of my meds along with a notebook of all conditions, surgeries and many questions. Dr. Harris was so patient with me. I hope I never have to change my PCP again. Dr. Harris is THE BEST!!

I found Dr. Harris to be very helpful. I inevitably seem to go armed with a mini-novel of questions, which he patiently answers. The office is always crammed (I think he's the only M.D. in Springville), but once he's in the exam room, his focus is on YOU. Staff could be more helpful. You cannot get anyone on the phone; you can only leave messages, and the last two times I called for information, no one ever returned my calls. However, I've been satisfied with Dr. Harris's care.
