Cousin never looks at the patient always looking at the computer. He never listens you have to ask many times to get an answer. The staff is rude and nasty. Billing staff has no clue how to code insurance making you pay more. Still waiting 2 weeks for my money back. I had to get my insurance company to help me get the right code for payment. Billing staff told me I was wrong not so. Insurance paid it now waiting for my money. Waiting time to see the doctor is hours and hours then the doctor takes 10 minutes for me. Worst Doctors office I have been to.

Prescribes antibiotics for everything, even virus that they are proven not to work on. I’m not taking any-viral meds. I’m talking amoxicillin for a unknown virus, and he says something like “whatever virus it is this antibiotic will take care of it.” Ask him if there is any sign of a bacterial infection. He says no. Ask what the antibiotic is for then. He says the virus. I got better without the antibiotic. He’s done this numerous times. Antibiotics are his favorite fix for just about everything
