I had an appt at two thirty and was two minutes late and I signed in and sat in the waiting room for another 10-15 minutes waiting to be checked in even though my appt was at two thirty. I went to the window and said I had a two thirty appt and I was late by a couple mins because I didn't know where the place was at first due to this being the first time there. So they checked me in and I waited and went back to see Dr Bou Samra and when he came in he was very nice and seemed concerned about me and my concerns with my health issues and the concerns I was having. He took them very serious and wanted to do more testing. I really do appreciate that he took the time to listen to me and there was no rush and he did a checkup in the office too. He really listened to me, much better than the last drs I spoke with did. The only thing I wish would change is that the office would answer the phone at least sometimes so that I can get answers right away and not always have to wait for a call back.

dr bou samra saved my leg with his procedure as well my wife .i think that he is the very best in his field of medicine.

I wish Dr. Bousamra had his office closer to where we live. He saved my husband's life. He is in need of his care now. I will be calling his office to see what arrangements can be made for a second diagnosis and to hopefully get this wonderful, caring doctor to again be Bill's cardiologist.

He's saved my life-- more than once. Another doc read my test results (unusual heart problem) & just said I'm so sorry. I'm afraid I have nothing else I can say, or anything to suggest. Then I went to Dr. B-- thanks to him, I've had a decade of not just living, but a pretty good life. Then Gbg ER didn't do the 1 test they should've, echocardiogram! -- when GP had me ambulanced after vaccine reaction; Dr B found fluid around heart. Didn't die after surgery (other cause) thanks to him.

Dr Bousama goes above and beyond for his patients. His knowledge is endless and his talents are abundant!
