Dr Bone is an excellent doctor but the staff and the wait time is awful. I arrived at 11 am did not leave until 6 pm.

Dr. Bone is a magnificent Doctor. He really does care for his patience and is very concerned with their well being. If I could only rate his doctor skills, it would be five stars. Unfortunately his facility is not ran well. You have to take half a day to see him if you schedule a 9am appointment. His walk-in time is not flexible either. Its more than half a day if you are walking in for treatment of an illness or a broken bone. Great doctor but needs to improve the management of his facility.

Good bedside manner, listens, very helpful... But ALWAYS, running behind. You have to take a 1/2 day off just to wait around for a morning appointment. I have waited at least 1 1/2 hours every time I go. When I first booked my appointment they told me it was going to probably be a wait. Since when do offices tell tell you they will be running behind when you schedule? Looking for a new doctor now.
