Dr. Hishaw is wonderful
Dr. Hishaw is patient, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly and I felt like he really paid attention to me.

My mother saw him a few years ago. He spent the first 20 minutes typing and not talking to us at all. No handshake, no smile, no nothing. He then gave an assessment and chastised her for not trying hard enough. His conclusion was that her problems were due to anxiety, not mild cognitive impairment. My Mom now has a diagnosis of dementia, and despite that she refuses to see him again. He may be a good doctor, but his bedside manner was horrible.

Very disappointed with response time after an MRI. Waiting 21 days (and counting) for an answer to the results. Have called three times for info. Have yet to hear from Dr.

His mind was made up already about veterans issues with TBI. I was never given a proper scan to identify the problems with my brain. I did a dti scan in the community out of my pocket (thanks VA) and it shows an obvious damage. He tried many meds that failed. His body language and general interaction is always condescending. Read other reviews on this out dated doc. You’ll see. Your pill cocktails are making us sick.
