I was seen by an assistant, and also by Ryan, a very personable medical student, prior to Dr. Marecek seeing me. Dr Marecek spent a good deal of time with me. I didn't feel rushed. He listened well.

miracles were done
i had him for surgery at cedars and am gong there to check my wrist which was deformmed in accident he is great and i am improving fast as wel las my pelvis wth two pins i feel like he performed miracles thanks so much

I visited Dr. Marecek with a tibial plateau fracture. This is a complex injury that requires surgery and I wanted to make sure I got great treatment. Dr. Marecek explained exactly what his treatment plan would be (multiple surgeries!), and patiently answered every question I had. The surgeries he performed went without a hitch and have had excellent results. It's been 6 months from my accident and I'm back on my feet, walking without pain and with my range of motion almost completely back to normal. The recovery for this injury is long but the care I received from Dr. Marecek was top notch and for that I am very grateful!

I fractured my Talus (ankle bone) in a car accident. The doctors at Children's Hospital were not confident in their knowledge to repair the bone. They conducted a nationwide search and ended up back in LA with Dr. Marecek. Not only did he repair the bone, it is perfect. I am running, jumping, riding horses - doing everything a kid is supposed to do. I cannot thank him enough.
