Front desk service VERYunprofessional service,don't waist time and money .Never inform they were moving of location went in person to request information I was told to come next day to pick up ,all the office was gone except for the movers. I will NOT let Dr. Hsieh to do surgery on me No trust.

Dr Hsieh is an excellent doctor and a very skilled surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and empathic to your needs. He is also very thorough and explains everything he will be doing during your surgery. I felt very confident under his care. Wonderful doctor and a great office staff.

I have been a registered nurse at a top 10 in the nation hospital for 23 years. I worked in the OR and recovery room. I am very used to working with doctors and communicating with doctors. I have never had a health issue until I moved to Nevada and was very stressed having to be cared for by doctors I did not know. I never mentioned I was a RN until after my surgery. Dr Hsieh was excellent. I had been to my gyn 3 times with my complaint and knew exactly what the issue was but he just “ wasn’t seeing it”. Dr Hsieh spotted my problem immediately and was very thorough. We made a plan for surgery and he explained everything in great detail. I like the way he talked to me; he was direct and did not talk down to me. I trusted him completely with my surgery and I am so glad he operated on me.

Dr. Hsieh is an excellent surgeon. I am very happy with the quality of service I received.

Dr Hsieh helped me with my overactive bladder and had Taylor give me treatments for 6 weeks. I had a lot of improvement and learned how to exercise my pelvic floor so my bladder became close to normal. Thanks for the help!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Hsieh for a year now and I love him. He takes his time and addresses and answers all of my many questions. He never makes me feel rushed. I feel like I’ve had great service/treatment here. The staff have all been friendly and helpful.

First they have phone problems. Need to schedule a surgery and can’t get through to talk to anyone. On hold and keep getting voicemail. Inefficient office. He may be a wonderful doctor but his office staff is inefficient and rude. What do I have to do to get a phone call back. Can’t talk to scheduler. All I get is “she is busy”.

Dr, Hsieh is very professional and definitely is qualified in his field. He answered all questions I had and patiently explained the answers. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Hsieh did my pelvic prolapse surgery in 2018. This surgery included a rectocele and enterocele. Everything went well and I continue to have NO problems after 2 years. Anyone who is researching this surgery knows that it is a surgery with horrendous reviews and nightmare stories. Dr. Hsieh knows what he is doing with Pelvic Prolapse surgery!! Thank you Dr. Hsieh.

I went to see Dr Hsieh today. I was scared out of my mind. I have had very bad experiences with Dr's. The ladies in office were very nice to me. Dr's nursec×as so nice and compassionate. She even held my hand because I was so nervous. Dr Hicham is a straight shooter. He tells it like it is.. He does come across as hard but he is a great Dr. I don't been bedside manner. My need is a Dr who knows his stuff and can help me. Sr Hsieh explain to me and I understood. He was not rude, my wait time was not bad. He showed compassion to me. And I left feeling better. I trust my issues to Dr Hsieh. There are not many Dr. In his field so I think people need to understand a little wait time. Dr Hsieh did not rush me out the door. He made sure I understood what was going on. And his nurse was a sweetheart. 5 stars

I wish I could give Dr. Hseih zero stars. I have been taking my mom to see him as she has Alzheimer’s and needs my assistance. Dr Hseih is cold, rude, completely disregards the humanity of his patients and is totally inconsiderate of their time. He’s NEVER on time and never offers any apology for the 2-3 hours wait. A normal doctor office wait time is expected but extra HOURS of waiting is very difficult with someone who has Alzheimer’s and is constantly terrified of new surroundings. I’ve never experienced such a horrible bedside manner. I wish we would have been referred elsewhere. It’s not that hard to be kind and considerate as a physician...people are obviously in a time of need when they are coming to you.

I have not been impressed with Dr. Hsieh & his staff since going there. First the staff is clearly overworked & it seems like they don't want to hire somebody even to do scheduling there because every time you call in, they put you on hold, when you're in the office & talk to the front desk girl, she takes 2-3 calls before helping you check in, etc.. Then, every single time you have an appointment, don't plan on getting out of there under 2 hours. You'll spend 1.5 hours of that time in the waiting room & the rest waiting in an office for a 5 minute appointment. Dr. Hsieh himself isn't great at giving information on what options you have for treatment or explaining them and I felt like a dollar sign as a patient moving through some of the steps he took me through to get a device implanted into me. Also once he referred to the insurance lady as "the bimbo at the insurance company" & that is quite a way to to talk about women when he owns a women's cancer center.

Office staff is the worst I've dealt with, Patricia/Patty is so unprofessional and insensitive. Wait times are hours. Even a week after surgery. Doctor has no bedside manner and is very rude. They do not respond to voice-mails and all act inconvenienced. I would not recommend to anyone!

I waited 2 hours and still was not called back. At that point they said their was 1 new and 2 established patients ahead of me. That would have been another hour. They tried to charge me $75 co pay when it's $20. If you don't value your time or money this is the place to go.

Billing dept is horrible. Dr Hsieh was an in surgery assist so I never met with him. 1.5 years after surgery I got a bill from him. They never billed the insurance and now it is too late for then to pay. Billing won't answer or return my calls they just send bills.
