Made me feel more comfortable about my ocular pressure. Explained the treatment going forward and options. I was so happy to learn that my pressure came down to normal/acceptable numbers on my last visit. Sue always makes me feel like a valued patient and I've never had more than an average wait to see him. Excellent specialist in his field.

Waited an hr to be seen and he looked in each eye for 1 min tops then tried to end the appt without discussing the medical symptoms I came in for. Even after I had to force the discussion, I felt brushed off and my symptoms minimized so he could get to his overbooked waiting area. Needless to say, I won't be back!
