Great service answered my questions and was very helpful. Gave me information I didn't know to try and make it better.

DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF OUT OF POCKET MONEY. MY WIFE WENT FOR A PAP SMEAR. WHILE THERE WAS NO OFFICE VISIT CHARGE, THEY ORDERED $1500 IN LAB TESTS. 13 TESTS IN ALL WITH NO PRIOR DISCUSSION WITH MY WIFE AS TO THE COST OR CONSEQUENCES OF WHAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY. WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS IT WITH THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT DISCUSS IT WITH ME BECAUSE MY WIFE IS THE PATIENT. I GOT HER ON THE CALL WITH ME (SHE IS FILIPINA AND HER ENGLISH IS NOT THE BEST) BUT THEY STILL WOULD NOT DISCUSS THE REASON FOR ALL THE TESTS. WHEN I OBJECTED TO THEIR REFUSAL TO DISCUSS THE LAB TESTS WITH THEM THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF CROOK. I AM CANCELLING ANY AND ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH THEM AND GOING SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS NOT INDEPENDENTLY WEALTHY TO DO THE SAME.

Dr. Strobel seems to be incompetent or simply greedy for insurance money. I downloaded my records and I had 27 diagnoses on my record over the course of three years of "treatment." The excessive diagnoses impacts life insurance benefits, however, this is not her problem nor concern. Horrible.

I went to Dr Strobel's office twice - on both occasions, I had a very poor experience. One occasion was to seek help with my genitalia; I had had a trauma to my pelvic area and consequently I was having sexual issues. Truthfully, I do not remember if it was Dr Strobel herself or her associate, but the doctor's response was to laugh at me and ask if I had been "too rough down there". It was very embarrassing. I later found a physical therapist who treated me with respect and confirmed that my pelvic floor muscles were contracting from the trauma, causing issues; I got the help I needed. I will not make the mistake of returning again.

I went to them 4 years ago and had a similar experience but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, when I walked though the front door I was rudely motioned to one side of the front desk. Once inside the dr who took care of me treated me like some toxic lady of the night and gave me a potential diagnoses one of witch was HIV but she didn’t know and it was up to me if I wanted to pay for the test. The last time I checked I was coming to you for help not I DONT KNOWS? We then ended our time together by her telling me that my appointment was basically a waist but I still need to pay for the time she took out of her day to insult me.

Long wait time for appt. Rude office / nurse staff.

I have tried to establish myself as a new patient for TRT. I cannot get fax to go through " new patient information" Tried all day and finally called and talked to a very vague receptionist. Stated that is the only fax number they have and they do not except outside emails. She offered absolutely no other assistance.

Dr. Strobel is a kind and generous physician. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She really listens to patients. I highly recommend her.

Dr Strobel is always calm and takes her time when explaining things. I appreciate your knowledge and desire for women to lead healthy lives.

Dr. Strobel and her staff are very caring and understanding and go the extra distance to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. She is an excellent diagnostician. She has been able to diagnosis and address issues that other physicians had only passed over for me. I would highly recommend the office.

I would NEVER refer anyone to a Dr. who does not listen to or respect their patients. I had severe pain in my lower abdomen area, so they suggested a sonogram be performed in the office. I was very scared and uncomfortable with the procedure as they were going to insert a very large stick into my lady area. I was basically FORCED and HUMILIATED into allowing her Dr-In-Training and 2 of her office staff members..? to be present in the room and watch the ENTIRE process.

My husband and I both were seen by Lee Fisher, PA. First of all, never expect a call back. It won't happen. Secondly, we both felt the office lacked competency. We both made appts early in the morning to have blood work done and once we got there were told we needed to reschedule for blood work because we needed to be fasting. Duh, that's why we scheduled first thing in the morning. Lastly, the PA isn't very thorough when looking over labs and disregards your concerns.

I would highly recommend Dr Strobes and her staff.Never had a problem!
